The Bambino carrot is an extra sweet baby carrot that we think belongs in every garden. With stubby, 4 inch roots, they are ready to harvest early in just 8 weeks, and are an excellent variety for container growing. While they are the perfect size for canning or pickling, we sometimes like to just eat them raw!
