While dill may be often associated with pickles, it has so many more culinary uses than just imparting delicious flavor into pickled cucumbers! The leaves of this lovely herb are also tasty when added to potatoes, rice dishes, and salads. We especially love to grow bouquet dill because the tall umbels of bright yellow flowers provide an important food source to the caterpillars of swallowtail butterflies, and also attract other beneficial pollinators.
