While many radishes get pithy and have a bold, peppery flavor, the Champion radish is quite different! This large Cherry Belle type grows up to an inch and a half in diameter, has a mild and refreshing flavor, and maintains its crisp flesh longer than most radishes. We love eating Champion radishes in salads or sliced onto sandwiches, but to get the most out of this plant, consider using its leaves as well. Radish leafy greens make for a delicious pesto!
