Cimarron lettuce has the traditional crunch of Romaine, but with a gorgeous mottled red and green leaf. This sweet, crispy lettuce is slow to bolt, meaning you can enjoy a longer harvesting period. We like to grow Cimarron lettuce for its baby leaves, but it makes for a great head lettuce, too!
