This early-bearing, sweet and crisp snow pea can actually grow quite large, despite its name! While all snow peas are best enjoyed when the peas are young, what sets the Dwarf Sugar Grey pea apart from the others is that it has edible purple flowers! The pods are tasty when stir fried or steamed, and both the raw pods and flowers add a nice crunch to salads! This is one of our favorite snacks to munch on in the garden.
