This pepper, sometimes mistaken for the banana pepper because of its color, is a delcious sweet pepper that changes from yellow to orange to red over the course of its maturity. The longer the pepper is left to ripen, the sweeter it will be. Excellent for using in salads and stir-fries or for pickling!
