These full-sized, non-bulbing leeks have a nice, mild flavor and are delicious when mashed with potatoes, roasted, or added to soups! While they can grow up to a foot in length, they can also be harvested when 3-4 inches long. If you live in a cold climate, these leeks will not overwinter, but they are hardy down to about 20 degrees.
