A delicious, fast growing, and highly productive plant, this Middle Eastern summer squash is one of our favorites to grow. Like other summer squashes, Lebanese White Bush squash has a thin, edible skin and two main stages of growth. When young and tender, these whitish green squashes are perfect for fresh eating or sautéing; when allowed to grow larger, they are better stuffed and baked. Ready to eat in less than two months, this tasty veggie belongs in every summer garden!
