With ruffled red and green leaves, Lollo Rosso is not only a pretty lettuce to grow, but also adds a bright pop of color to salads! The compact plants are cold hardy and grow just as well in shade as they do in sun. While some lettuces need to be replanted throughout the season for a continual harvest, Lollo Rosso is a “cut and come again” type, so simply harvest leaves as needed and enjoy eating from the plant all season long!
