Osaka Purple mustard has pretty reddish-purple tinged leaves that offer a sweet, mild flavor when picked as baby leaf, and become much spicier and stronger in taste as the plant matures. These cold tolerant leafy greens are tasty in salads and stir fries, and will reseed easily in the garden.
