Agastache, or Rugosa Korean mint, has about as many different names as it has uses! This aromatic herb is also called giant purple hyssop, Indian mint, blue licorice, Chinese patchouli, among many others. Agastache is not only a traditional medicinal herb, but the leaves are also delicious in iced teas, and the beautiful stalks of its purple-blue flowers are highly ornamental and attract beneficial pollinators.
