While we love to grow all kinds of interesting and exotic varieties of peppers, we also love the traditional favorites we’ve grown up with, and the Sweet Big Red pepper is exactly that. These big bell peppers have a thick, juicy flesh that holds up well when stuffed, but we also love them sliced up and added to just about anything! Like all peppers, this bell pepper will be green and first, but will mature to a bright red color.
