Also known as bok choy, pak choi is a tender Chinese cabbage that we love to grow for its flavor and nutrient profile. This variety has bold white stems and deep green spoon-shaped leaves that can be grown nearly all year round. Like its brassica cousins, this tasty veggie is packed fulled of vitamins A, C and K. We especially love to harvest pak choi while it is small, and stir fry it in sesame oil with garlic and chillies!
